Choose your own combination of ingredients, and cook it yourself on the teppan in front of you. From mixing, to flipping, and then finally saucing, do it any way you want! Or if you'd like to just chill and enjoy your food and drink, you absolutely can, immersing yourself in the cosiness of our izakaya style setting. Known to be one of the most popular street foods previously in Osaka, okonomiyaki has won the hearts of many, no matter the age. Made with cabbage, egg, tempura crisps and batter, it is a comfort food for many in Japan and at Ajiya, we aim to achieve the same. We treat customers as family here and serve food like we are serving guests in our own home. Ajiya is a family-run business started by people who love the Japan food and culture and hope to bring the same to our local shores. Its branch in Bukit Timah is 8 years old and running and they have warmed the hearts of many who have come through their doors. With customer favourites like century egg tofu, potato cheese mentai, teppanyaki meats and garlic fried rice, there is surely something for everyone's palates.
